What is the White Glove Service Upgrade?
For a typical order, our team will ask the seller to thoroughly check her gown for any blemishes, stains, or damage and provide a photo of the front and back of the dress prior to shipping. Additionally, our sellers must provide a picture of the tag on the inside of the dress to confirm size and authenticity. If there are any concerns at this point we will connect with our buyer to discuss them.
By upgrading to our White Glove Verification services, our experienced team will work directly with the seller to put together detailed pictures and videos of the gown from head to toe. We will then send them to the buyer for final review before the order is shipped.
- We request our sellers to provide specific and thorough quality verification videos/pictures to ensure the quality and authenticity of it before we even charge your card.
- We then share the verification media with you. If there are any blemishes on the gown that aren't noted in the listing, we will reach out to you to confirm if you would like to move forward with your order and provide you with your options.
- If all is well, we'll charge your card at this time and ship your dress out shortly after.
