How do I prevent a return?

Accuracy & honesty are key to preventing order cancellations and returns! 🙌🏻

Make sure your listing accurately represents what you are selling:

  1. Pictures of the gown you are selling, including ones that show how it looks right now.
  2. Correct tag size and measurements. If the dress ends up being too small she may not be able to alter it and that will be disappointing for both you and her.
  3. Correct color family and specific color name (if you know it)
  4. Detailed description about the dress' condition because you have inspected it since your wedding/you brought it home from the store. This is one of the most important things you can do. Please thoroughly inspect your dress for any stains, yellow discoloration, tears, holes, runs, loose threads, broken zipper, missing beads or buttons:
  • Straps, sleeves, under the arms
  • Neckline, bust and the front of the bodice
  • Zipper/lace-up and buttons on the back of the bodice
  • Skirt and train hem bottom of the dress
  • Lace applique
  • Bustle
