We'll email you a prepaid shipping label for UPS to send the dress to its new home 🥰.

What You Can Expect From Us

Once we receive everything called out in our email to you, we will review the listing details to verify everything is accurate (condition, size, color etc).

After our review, we will email you a prepaid and insured PDF shipping label to attach to your packaged dress before you drop it off at your local UPS store.

Our team will monitor the status of the shipment and connect with the buyer when it arrives.

For regular sales where the buyer did not purchase it as a final sale, they will have 5 calendar days from receipt of the dress to decide if they are saying yes to the dress. We will reach out to you and let you know what she decides:

Buyer Keeps It

We will send you your 70% portion of the final sale price via PayPal or check the following Friday.

Buyer Returns It

We require the buyer to send the same photos/video to confirm its condition, provide her with a pre-paid shipping label, and send you the tracking information. If the dress does not pass our inspection, you will be paid as if the buyer was keeping the dress.

Regular Sales: Once your buyer confirms she is saying yes to the dress we will send you your 70% portion of the final sale price via PayPal, ACH, or check the following Friday.

Final Sales: After we confirm she received it in good order (within 24 hours of delivery), we will send you your 70% portion of the final sale price via PayPal, ACH, or check the following Friday.
