What happens when my dress sells?
When a bride purchases your dress our team will coordinate all details with you and the buyer including secure payment, insurance, shipping and returns, dress verification, and any questions they have.
- You'll receive an email from our team to let you know it sold:
- We'll let you know if it is a final sale or if the buyer will have a 5-day return window.
- You'll have 24 hours to reply to let us know it is still available.
- You won't receive a notification in your seller dashboard - our system is not currently set up to do this.
- You will be asked to confirm the following within the next 72 hours:
- Your contact details
- The accuracy of your listing details
- Told grab a box and send us measurements (it can be a new box or one from home)
- Instructed on how to thoroughly inspect your dress for any blemishes (to greatly reduce the likelihood of a return!)
- We will send you your shipping label:
- Once you do the above we will then email you a PDF pre-paid shipping label (insurance included!)
- You will also get instructions on how to safely pack your dress for transit.
- Ship it within 48 hours!
- You then drop it off at a UPS store with the pre-paid label attached and we monitor the shipment.
Buyer Says Yes To The Dress!
If your buyer confirms she is saying yes to the dress, or if it is a final sale she confirms she received it in good order, we will send you payment in USD (via PayPal) for 70% of the purchase price. International sellers are responsible for any exchange fees incurred during the payment transfer.
Buyer Requests a Return
We will work with her to confirm the gown's condition, provide her with a prepaid label, and then send you tracking information so that you can monitor the return of your gown.
