What if my dress has not been cleaned?

Brides are more likely to purchase and keep a dress if they know what to expect.

For dresses that have not been cleaned yet, we require pictures that show how it looks right now. This lets our team assess the current condition so that buyers won't have any surprises when they purchase.

If you do not clean your dress after your wedding, you risk:

• Yellowing of the fabric - the number one reason gowns yellow as they age are stains that may or may not be visible on your dress such as deodorant, white wine, sugar, sweat, and oils from your skin. 
• Permanent stains, marks, or damage
• Mold and mildew growth
• Permanent fabric creasing
