How do I get a refund?

Listing Fee

A pre-authorization for the listing fee is placed on your card when you submit your dress listing to us. We do not charge it until we have reviewed your listing (within 72 hours of being sent to us) and if your dress is not accepted into our marketplace we will void the pre-authorization, immediately releasing the funds to your account.

After a listing is made live on our marketplace the listing fee is non-refundable.

Dress Purchase

Refunds are processed back onto the card used for the original purchase, once the seller confirms she has received the dress back in the expected condition. Dresses purchased as a Final Sale cannot be refunded after they are shipped to you.

A pre-authorization for your wedding dress purchase is placed on your card when you submit your order. We do not charge it until we have confirmed availability and your dress' condition.

In the event that you cancel your order, or we cancel it due to unavailability, we will void the pre-authorization immediately releasing the funds to your account.
