I ordered my dress, what happens next?

When you purchase a dress from our marketplace, we’ll get everything in order with the seller and send you tracking information when your wedding dress is on its way so you'll know when to expect delivery - standard shipping and insurance are on us!

What Happens When You Order Your Dress

1. You pay for your dress - a pre-authorization is placed on your credit card and you will receive an automated order email.
2. NNW contacts the seller with her next steps.
3. NNW team verifies your dress' condition. When you add your dress to your cart, you can choose to upgrade your purchase with our White Glove Verification. We'll work with your seller and then send you thorough verification pictures and videos so that you can see your dress from head to toe before we ship it.
   
   For brides who don't upgrade to White Glove Service, we'll ask the seller to review her gown head to toe and let us know about any blemishes.
   
   If there are any issues we'll bring them to your attention and let you know what your possible next steps and solutions are.
4. NNW sends a pre-paid shipping label to the seller and tracking information to you.
5. The seller has 48 hours to drop it off at UPS.
6. NNW monitors the shipment and touches base with you when you receive it. If you did not purchase as a final sale, you have 5 calendar days from the moment you get the package to decide if you will be saying yes to the dress!
7. Returning the dress? Email our team for your next steps. 
8. If you have any issues or questions upon receiving your dress, or during any point of this process, email our support team right away so that we can take care of you🥰

Remember: each seller on our site is an individual person just like you or me, so when their dress sells we reach out to them directly to let them know their next steps.

Order Timeline

• After You Order | 1-7 days
  The seller has 72 hours from when we email her to let us know she is still selling, and up to 7 days total to provide everything we need to verify the gown's current condition, then we send the shipping label to her and tracking to you.
• Tracking Email | 1-2 days
  We will send you an email with tracking information, right after we send the seller her pre-paid label. Sellers are then given 48 hrs from the time we create the label to ship the dress.
• Shipping Time | 3-7 days
  Shipping times vary, especially if it is the holiday season or bad weather conditions. You can expect to have the dress within 3-7 days after it ships (depending on where you are located and with no shipping delays).
• From Clicking "Order" to Arriving on Your Doorstep | 5-10 business days*
  Typically dresses are delivered within 5-10 business days of being ordered, but this can vary on the distance it needs to be shipped and how quickly the seller responds to our request.

Typically, you will receive your dress within 7-10 days from when you order, sometimes even during the same week you have ordered, and at the absolute most 3 weeks from the day you order.
