Why can't I see my listing?

We are so excited to have you here and are ready to help you sell your gorgeous gown 🥰.
We have explained our process below, and why you can't see your listing just yet:
- Review Period
Now that you've submitted your listing, your dress will be reviewed by our quality control team within 72 hours. We will reach out if we have any questions or require more information! - Seller Dashboard
You will not be able to view your dress on your dashboard until our review is complete and your listing is approved.
If we don't approve it, we will let you know and then void your pre-authorized payment. - Listing Approval
Once approved, we will send an email that your listing is live on our marketplace and provide you with the link as well. - Managing Your Listing
You'll then be able to log in to your seller dashboard to both view and manage your listing description and price😊. - Adding Pictures & Editing Details
If you need to add more images please send them to us as attachments in an email (pasting them in the body reduces their quality and size). If you have any details that you need to be corrected (such as sizing or color), just let us know and we will update it right away.
